Getting in touch

How to request a consultation

The quickest way to reach us is the consultation form on this page. It takes a couple of minutes and asks only for what we need to prepare a useful first conversation. We take your business seriously, and we’re glad to apply our experience to your appointment setting, lead generation, or other business development work.

  • Your name, work email, and company, so we know who we’re talking to.
  • Your main goal: booking more sales appointments, qualifying existing leads, following up with interested prospects, or building an outbound calling campaign.
  • An optional note about who you’re trying to reach and anything else we should know.

Your details are used to respond to your inquiry. Our first response is also our first impression on you, and we intend to make it a good one.

The consultation is a chance for both of us to decide whether our approach fits your market and your sales process.

Come prepared

What to prepare for your consultation

You don’t need a finished brief. But a little preparation helps us give you a clearer picture of how a campaign could work, and makes the conversation more valuable for you.

  • Your ideal customer

The industries, company sizes, and regions you want to reach, plus any accounts you already know you want.

  • Decision-makers

The job titles that buy or influence the purchase of your offer, and anyone you should avoid calling.

  • Your value proposition

What problem you solve, why customers choose you, and the objections your salespeople hear most.

  • What qualified means

The needs, timing, or other criteria a prospect must meet before your team wants to meet them.

  • Your handoff

Who takes the meetings, their availability, and what details they want with each appointment.

  • Existing data

Any contact lists, trade show leads, or CRM records you’d like us to call or clean up.

Questions we’ll ask

What we’ll want to understand

Every campaign we run is customized, so the consultation is mostly about listening. Expect questions like these, and feel free to ask as many of your own.

  • How does your sales process work today, and where does it slow down?
  • What have you already tried for outreach, and what did you learn from it?
  • How many meetings can your team realistically take on each week?
  • Which information would help your salespeople most in a first meeting?
  • How will you judge whether the campaign is working?

Clients have told us that pacing matters as much as volume. We’ll plan the campaign around your team’s capacity so good opportunities don’t go cold.

FAQs

Questions about contact us

Straight answers before we talk.

Ask us directly
Who will I hear from after I submit the form?

A member of our team will reach out to arrange your consultation. If you go ahead, your campaign will have a dedicated team, including callers, an account manager, and a data manager, so you’ll always know who to speak with about targeting, feedback, and reporting.

Do I need a target list before contacting you?

No. Some clients provide their own contact lists, and others ask us to generate leads based on criteria they set. If you have a list, we can review it with you. If you don’t, we’ll talk through your ideal customer profile and how we would build the target audience.

Can we start small before committing to a longer campaign?

Yes. Every new client begins with a customized test campaign that uses at least two callers. It shows what a professional calling effort can produce for your offer and gives us a realistic run rate to plan around. You decide how to continue once you’ve seen the results.

We already have an in-house sales team. Is it still worth talking?

Often, yes. Many of our clients use us to extend an existing team, whether for a new market, trade show follow-up, a backlog of leads, or a specific campaign. We work as your outsourced inside sales team and hand qualified meetings to your salespeople to take forward.

Can you help with something other than appointment setting?

Yes. Besides appointment setting, we support lead generation, lead qualification, lead nurturing, event registration, trade show support, market intelligence, and CRM data cleansing. Choose the closest goal in the form and describe the rest in your note, and we’ll discuss it in the consultation.

What happens to the details I share in the form?

We use them to respond to your inquiry and to prepare for a useful consultation, so we don’t have to start from scratch when we speak. You’ll be asked to confirm that you agree to be contacted about your request, and our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
